VACANCY
Restaurant Operations Specialist
Location: ala Bethesda (onsite)
Job Description:
-
support daily restaurant operations including staffing, scheduling, inventory, and guest service;
-
monitor inventory levels, place orders, and coordinate with vendors;

ensure food safety and sanitation compliance;
-
oversee recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and HR processes;
-
manage job postings, conduct interviews, prepare offers;
-
maintain and support tech systems (POS, Wi-Fi, inventory, security, digital tools);
-
provide tech support, ensure cybersecurity, and coordinate with vendors.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems/Technology, HR, or Business Administration plus 36 months of experience in Information Systems/Technology, HR, or Hospitality.
